Delivery
Orders are normally delivered within 3–5 working days across Pakistan. Remote areas may require additional time. We confirm cash-on-delivery orders before dispatch.
Returns
Eligible unused items may be returned within seven days of delivery in their original packaging. Contact support before sending an item back so we can guide you through the process.
Damaged items
Contact us within 24 hours with your order ID and clear photos if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
